Before transitioning into residential real estate full time, Tobby spent more than 35 years leading complex business operations and customer-focused initiatives within the financial services industry. That experience developed the strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills he now uses to help buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives with confidence.

Tobby is also the owner/operator of Hommati 270, a real estate marketing company serving the Charlotte metro area with professional photography, aerial drone media, 3D tours, floor plans, and digital marketing solutions designed to help listings stand out in today’s competitive market. His experience in both real estate marketing and business strategy provides clients with a unique perspective on positioning properties for maximum exposure and value.
