There’s so much discussion today on the topic of housing across our country and around the world about what home ownership really means. As a two-term U.S. Army veteran, a retired school administrator, and a husband and father, my wife and I have had to ponder questions about finding a home on more than one occasion. And because we’ve faced those issues before, I realize, as a broker and realtor, what has to be considered when it comes to moving to a new home and leaving the old one behind.
Moving into a new home can be a very exciting experience. However, for many families it can be the most life-changing experience they will ever encounter. And it will take a solemn effort of obedience, diligence, loyalty, confidential professionalism, reasonable care, and full disclosures of related material facts, on behalf of the agent and representative firm, to work with families to accomplish their desired outcomes.
I, along with my wife and daughter, had to define what a home is to us, and because families and situations change, families have to really consider their wants, needs, and circumstances, to be able to define and choose the home of their dreams. Therefore I, accompanied by my agency, Mathers Realty, a firm with more than fifty years of experience, will hold their interests in the highest priority, helping both buyers and sellers exclusively to clearly define and accomplish their residential pursuits.
