Meet Richard Hill

First and foremost, I don’t consider myself a salesman, I’m a people person. I am passionate about the needs and goals of my clients, and specialize in bringing peace of mind to buyers, whether experienced or first-time, and also to home sellers who have previously struggled with selling their home on their own or with another firm. Although the process of buying or selling a home can be an ordeal, I will walk you through each step to make it as comfortable as possible. I consider myself blessed and fortunate enough to be backed by an awesome team with years of experience here at Mathers and I’m confident that any question you may have will be answered.

A little about me: I was born and raised in Gastonia, NC. I attended college at UNC-Charlotte and decided to stay in this beautiful city. I’ve lived in the Northlake area for nearly 20yrs, but I can confidently say that I know every nook and cranny of the Queen City. It’s has truly changed a lot in the time that I’ve lived here, but I make sure to keep with it’s present and future growth. If I’m not working, I’m usually catching a movie, or spending time with my daughter, who enjoys keeping me busy going to parks, bowling, roller skating (not very good at this one), or watching our Carolina Panthers play. I love Charlotte and all of the surrounding areas, and as your agent I look forward to helping you find your home here.
