Meet Penelope McClenny

As the daughter of a Union County brick mason, I grew up visiting job sites throughout the region and watching the exciting dream of home ownership become a reality. From custom homes in some of Charlotte’s premier neighborhoods to quiet lots in rural Union County, I have always loved watching a plan start from paper and ending with the final finishing touch.

Throughout the years, I have learned that the most successful projects are based on a few simple ideals:

· listening carefully as a client explains their plans and ideas.

· developing a step-by-step strategy for fulfilling those plans.

· providing clear and consistent communication throughout the process.

In my free time, some of my favorite things include watching our sons on the basketball court, Saturday sunset drives, Sunday sunrise runs, cheering on the Tar Heels, and helping my husband feed a hungry crowd with his famous chicken wings and homemade onion rings.
