Meet Jeanette Chrzanowski

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a  real estate professional since 2017, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

My niches are, but not limited to:

Working with the Kings and Queens of Mecklenburg County and Surrounding Areas.

Working with families that have Children with cancer, or life altering illness, as they hold a special place in my heart.

I enjoy working with all Sellers, Buyers, Investors, Commercial Property, as I love the challenge.

I was awarded the Volunteer of the Year in 2019 with the Non-Profit The Sandbox.  It’s all about CARRE: Caring About Real Relationships Empathetically. Through their CARRE Program, The Sandbox works with families of children with cancer and life-altering illnesses and empower them throughout their healthcare journey. Providing evaluations, education, resources, connections and opportunities in order to meet the unique needs of each family.
