Meet Xandra Bernard

My name is Xandra Bernard, I have been a licensed Realtor in North Carolina, since 2017. Before becoming a full time Realtor, I worked in the hair industry as a stylist/ salon manager for 13 years.

One of the benefits of working face to face with clients has been the ability to build and strengthen personal ties in the Charlotte community. In addition, I learned that not all clients are the same, although they want to achieve the same end result; the satisfaction of their needs being met. It was my
pleasure to have the opportunity to style a diversity of clientele. Over the years I was the first choice as their service provider. My previous role as manager was the foundation in my role as the Realtor®.

While the importance of diligently working for my clients is top of the list, I spend my time relaxing. I enjoy reading, the outdoors, and the comfort of my family and friends.

I am a mother to a young man named Christopher. My son’s passion for learning and experiencing life lead us to fishing. Our first experience together was at McDowell Nature Preserve, a beautiful park located in Charlotte, NC. We soon realized it takes patience, but fishing is not daunting. I enjoy the art of Karate, the very first movie I remember is 3 Ninjas, “Rocky loves Emily” 92’. I am excited to get you to the property of your desires.
